using a US credit card processing company for Israel USD transactions?

the american ones are cheaper- but is it legal?
I know nothing about processing companies and how they work- but i do know they are cheaper in the states. All the cc will be US cc's. Its just getting the money over here without getting money laundering issues... or any other issue....

Not so sure I understand your question, though I have a similar question.

Are there any CC processors comparable to Square that are available in Israel?

My questain is - if a yeshiva in israel for Americans wants to accept CC- can they do it through a US processor- without a tax issue?

our accountant will not allow it. We are to big to tarnish our reputation if they get caught that they are marking tuition as donations.
