I was just added to it, the reason given by mail was renting through fraud or misrepresentation (using counterfeit or fraudulent identification used to obtain a discount)

On the phone, they mentioned Business Free Days, which leads me to believe it's because I used a free day voucher for a recent rental.
(In the past I kept the CDP as USAA, this was the first time I put the CDP listed on the voucher)

I was told the DNR office is only a few people and that by begging for forgiveness I might have another chance.

Can anyone PM me a sample email they used to appeal, or any other tips to share with me?

Happy to pay for help.

Digging a little further it seems like more people used these company's vouchers than were issued by Hertz.
Arent there water-marks etc. that don't allow people to make copies?

I was added after 2013... Never saw this thread. After countless amounts of calls, with nice and very good convos, I.got no where. The simplest way is to change ur licence to another state.

Just got a denial to my appeal.
Willing to pay at least $1000 for someone to get me off DNR..
