Hertz Twitter said you can't be added as an AD if on DNR.

I recently got blacklisted with Hertz.

Reason being they say I used Fraudulent ID in order to receive a discount. Which I did not do.


Anyone have a way of getting off the DNR. Would really be appreciated!

Speak to the agent at the location where you supposedly used the fake ID. Did you use a discount code at all or did you use it with a real ID?

I used my real ID but changed my birthdate on my hertz account to make me older in order to take advantage of the Beth
Israel CDP.

It's been a few months since it happened- the agent at the location noticed the discrepancy and started taking pictures of my account.

A few days later I got an email saying im suspended. Meanwhile, I still had a rental at the time of receiving the email.

so you did use an id fraudulently? If the I'd specified a certain age and you fraudulently changed your age to use use it, that seems like fraudulent use. Not judging simply observing. You state you didn't use it fraudulently but then say you did

I have tried emailing Rentalsuspensions@hertz.com and called 405-384-8342 many times and they wont budge.
