Prob on nOOb buyers, but on any long term eBayers they understand evey 100 transactions there is a mess up. Btwn shipping, not as described, communication, or just a jerk buyer... ect.

Whenever I see a seller with less than 100% I always look to see why it is lower, and out of how many transactions was this negative one.

Per se, if the seller made 100 transactions in the year and only recived one negative feedback, it wouldn't bother me.

It personally wont bother me, but it could impacts sales a little, or at least when its just left and still on the first page of feedback.

I have had negative or neutral that buyers told me they were hesitant to buy because ...

I would say even better. Any buyer that was once a seller, knows how poor and unfair the feedback system is!

Just keep in mind - that even if a seller has good feedback, he could still try to jerk you on an expensive item.

It was a Phone.

I got my money back.

Seller was too stupid to try to even fight it. I opened a case, he didnt respond I won.

Either way, the shipping weight was a few ounces less than what it should have been
