Prob on nOOb buyers, but on any long term eBayers they understand evey 100 transactions there is a mess up. Btwn shipping, not as described, communication, or just a jerk buyer... ect.
+1 Whenever I see a seller with less than 100% I always look to see why it is lower, and out of how many transactions was this negative one. Per se, if the seller made 100 transactions in the year and only recived one negative feedback, it wouldn't bother me.
Just keep in mind - that even if a seller has good feedback, he could still try to jerk you on an expensive item.I have got an empty box of a $500 item from an Top-Rated seller.
what was the weight of the item you bought??
Stupid move of the guy. I hope you negative feedbacked him, and that's the end of his eBay barrier. Not sure why it was worth it for him, pretty hard to walk away with the $.
