This is how I would explain the words "Packaging slip", in other words you anyways cannot return the item ones you removed the UPC code, and ones you requested a rebate, in the worst case retain a copy for your records (as usual).

Good point - I hadn't seen that, I was lookign at the actual mail-in form. Usually a print-out of the invoice you get by email is all you need, for most rebates.

Always interesting to see what they can add in to make it easier for them to deny rebates...

They had the same promo last year, I received all the rebates I submitted and it had the same gibberish of photocopies will not be accepted.

in the terms and conditions it says different
"Invoice printed online must show Shipped status for the rebate item"

yes the deals was posted after i put up the deal, days after zeeeks. so zeeeks deserves credit but it probably wouldn't have been posted on dansdeals.com if i hadn't brought attention to it. the real credit goes to yney!
