easiest way i found to do it was to quote a post with it (eg: link, embed, etc.) and follow the format

The most common bbc question is probably how to make a link like that so here goes

If the picture is online, right click it and select 'copy image location'. Then you type in [image][/image] and paste the link in the middle.
