What difference does it make if he's Jewish?

Camaraderie, so yes a FFB is usually a more integral part of the community than a BT.

By jews, most pizza shops have sushi on the side.

Since non-kosher pizza shops probably don't sell sushi, the options are either buying permade in grocery stores, or paying a lot in a high class restaurant.
And I've never been in a kosher sushi place that had made to order. They have their menu of different rolls and you order from that. This idea of made to order is pretty original.
