i'm refreshing my tasker knowledge as it's been a while. how can i create a popup that goes off at 8pm every night saying " did you daven mariv yet?" if i click yes it silences it until the next night. if i click no it pops up again at 930?

I would suggest to use notify. Set a profile for your time and create a task with notify.
