What planet are you posting from?

On eBay the best you will find for a Crapy, broken screen and bad ESN is in the $300 range, and your looking for "good condition, no chips, cracks, or big scratches on the screen."

I can get a used 4s in very good condition from Amazon for $305. Probably even less from Cowboom. Why would I pay $350 to some shnook on dansdeals who won't take it back if it breaks?

Amazon typically has a 30 day return policy. Otherwise another 90 days on Amex.

I take that back. I can find a 4s in like new condition for $290 on Amazon. And it comes with a free otterbox. Remind me why I should pay $350 to someone on dansdeals without buyer protections.
