I don't know if you realised, but the seller offers international shipping. That is probably what his market is, and isn't really catering to inside the USA.

I can sell you a verizon white iphone 16gb. You will have to get it unlocked though...not sure how hard or easy that is as I never unlocked...

its real easy, you need to send a chase qp to Name Changed for $10, along with the imei # and he will email you the unlock code in 6 hours. If you send him $15 He can do it in 10 minutes.

Unlock is only for AT&T not Verizon 4s that is much more expensive

Only ATT

Verizon iPhones are much more expensive - (close to the $100 range)

All iPhones have a SIM slot.

ATT are the easiest, and cheapest to unlock, and Verizon iPhones 5 come unlocked.

Verizon iPhones that are active could get unlocked, but I am not exactly sure about Verizons policy ...

The 4S and 5 do.

The Verizon 4s can work in Israel as it has a slim slot- willing to sell for $350 if anyone is interested..
