I assume it will be back because it generates revenue for the airlines when they need it.
Notice how they did this right at the end the fiscal Q2, a quick cash injection is always a good thing for the numbers when it's needed.

Does that mean it will be back, of course not, it's just an assumption.

Sounds about right.
If that's the case, this is the first time (as far as I can remember) that AA needed quick cash.
