Weird error message when trying to log into Amex

I get this when trying to log in from Google Chrome.
If I use Incognito or a different browser it goes with no problems...
Anyone know what the issue might be?

Just clear your cache and cookies to solve the issue.

I skimmed over it and didn't see any revealing info.. What can you see?
Also BTW, that's what I got when copying what's on the screenshot and pasting it on DDF.

"WE'RE SORRY We apologize for the inconvenience, the system is currently unavailable. Please try your request again by refreshing the page.

Anyone else get this as well, have been having this issue for several weeks?

I've gotten that before . was back to normal next day.

+1 the issue was because they had for some odd reason made 1 of the employees the owner of membership rewards

What does that mean, they made an employee the owner?

But how can it be fixed been having this for almost a month..

call MR and ask whats the issue
they made me make a 3way call with au... to change ownership

Clearing cookies will solve your issue. If you don't want to clear all cookies you can visit the advanced settings in your browser and delete only the AmEx cookies
