Weird error message when trying to log into Amex

I get this when trying to log in from Google Chrome.
If I use Incognito or a different browser it goes with no problems...
Anyone know what the issue might be?

Just clear your cache and cookies to solve the issue.

Just clear your cache and cookies to solve the issue.
I skimmed over it and didn't see any revealing info.. What can you see?
Also BTW, that's what I got when copying what's on the screenshot and pasting it on DDF.

I've gotten that before . was back to normal next day.

+1 the issue was because they had for some odd reason made 1 of the employees the owner of membership rewards

What does that mean, they made an employee the owner?

they made me make a 3way call with au... to change ownership

Clearing cookies will solve your issue. If you don't want to clear all cookies you can visit the advanced settings in your browser and delete only the AmEx cookies
