rental rates in arzei habira

anyone know the prices of rentals in arzei for a typical 100-110 meter apmnt?

I would say 1200 for junk, and 1400 is the average. I'm no expert though.

ur lucky if u find a small 2 bdrm for 1400 or so... Very overpriced lately!

I can't imagine that being true. Ramat Eshkol is more expensive, and my renovated, regular sized 2br apt is going for that price.

At lest when I lived in Israel. Arzei was always know to be expensive, and home of the uber-rich. Ramat Eshkol is much cheaper, granted there are apartments in RE that are more expensive then Arzei, but as a general rule RE is much cheaper.

I actually lived in both Arzei and RE, and no I'm not now, nor was I ever uber-rich. I had a temp in Arzei, and then moved on to RE.

Call Skirnik and she will be the agent on ur apt for life- wether she finds u the next renter or u just give it to your friend she will ask for $1,000 "afents fee"... there are no rules about apartments. some bal dira are fine charging 1250 for the same exact size apt that another bal dira will demand 1500....

so unique, u are very wrong! i know a a lot of ppl that have smaller apts than me and pay more! im in machal and pay 11+ or so, for 2 1/2 bdrm and 1.5 bthrm and a huge dining room, while others in arzie have it MUCH smaller but are paying more...... size doesnt mean its more money!
