Credit repair advertised on DD main site

A while back there was an ad for a credit repair agency that deals with removal of negative items on the credit report that did not belong there, they had an offer that there was no charge because they charge the collection agency or something like that.

I am looking for their contact info, it does not come up in the search on DD.

I am helping someone with their credit report and there is a collection on there from a doctors office which never even sent a bill, and 30 days letter there was a collection agency letter and a collection on the credit report, it was paid off immediately but it is still on the report 2 years later and they are trying to get a mortgage and this is causing an issue with the credit score.

If you have contact info for a credit repair agency or any advice on this it would be greatly appreciated.

Call first the doctors office. Ask them to tell the CB to remove the negative report. Tell them you never got the bill and you paid it right away. Then you can call the CB themselves, tell them the story and ask them to remove since it wasn't your fault.
