Google Crashing?
« on: February 12, 2013, 04:57:49 PM »
Anyone having problems with all google related pages? I can't search, access gmail, or anything related to them. I am running Chrome; however, this problem does not occur with other browers. Anyone having the same thing going on?

While we're already discussing Chrome, anyone have an issue with searching in chrome from the url bar? I can never search normally, it always returns errors. "Google instant is not available". It sometime shows me results from previous searches. It's getting ridiculous.

Are you having this problem on a mobile? It sounds a little familiar.
A slow connection could be the reason.

I have the issue on my high end laptop. No problems until today. My wife is also experiencing the same issue on her separate laptop.

I'm having the problem for months already.
I feel bad for saying this, but it's good to know that I'm not the only experiencing this issue.

When did Google become so sloppy?

This is my error. It prompt's me to download a new plugin. Does anyone think it could be a virus, because when I click download the file says it is malicious.

That's not the error I get. Definitely doesn't look good to me.
I'm trying to replicate the error I usually get and for some reason its working fine now! :-\

Fixed. DO NOT DOWNLOAD: Privacy Safeguard or use the Add On for Chrome. I did not download and do not know how it got on my computer, but it was causing massive problems.
