That was my initial thoughts since the OS was installed on a SSD I thought it must be a faulty drive, but that wasn't the issue.

Here's a clue - it's not a software issue.

Yup very high end motherboard, Had 32GB RAM, 1 - 256gb SSD OS Drive and 2 2TB hard drive for storage. 1 Bluray Drive

Issues with Raid controller/setup?

wasn't setup for raid. Setup was fine.

Liquid cooling had a leak (or other issue)? Wasn't set up properly to cool the components it was meant to cool?

the liquid cooling was somehow failing (e.g. radiator clogged, pump dying/dead, issue with the loop, etc), causing internal temps to spike and cause the freeze

P.s. I usually get beat when I'm being verbose, the trick is to type something basic, then edit within 3 minutes
