Is it worth the extra miles for sleeping on a red-eye? It's available with saver..
I can barely get ten seconds of sleep in economy. I've never tried in domestic first and on a red eye I'll be desperate for sleep... Don't the seats recline more? Do any airlines have better seats?
I can't sleep any better in domestic first than domestic coach. I never redeem for domestic first.
Do all the planes have that?
+1 My only exception is to Hawaii. Given the long flight I feel the extra room helps.
Domestic f is a nice recliner, so compare to shabbes table, can you sleep at the table or only on the couch... The seat is not like a bed, but I forsure sleep much better reclining and wider
It reclines a whopping 7 out of 180 degrees. Personally I actually sleep better in coach than in domestic first as I put a pillow on the tray table, though that only works if I'm utterly and truly exhausted.
Ugh this is bringing back bad memories....A zoned out mother with two rowdy kids behind me... I doze off...one of the kids takes their apple juice and spills it over my head...mother shrugs.. the joys of travel.
Thats still better than frum mothers changing diapers in middle of the cabin
No. No its not. Would you prefer to smell baby c*** for ten minutes or spend a flight covered in apple juice?
Any one want to weigh in on the worthwhile-ness of going PHX-LAS-EWR just to get the lie flat seats for the LAS-EWR red eye? 55 minute stopover
Of course its worth it. But why do you thing you're getting lie flat seats LAS-EWR? Its LAX-EWR that has it
