and Aloe spay…

That seems to be taking things a step too far. Why punish future generations for your mistake?

I got sunburnt from head to toe, tried cool baths and Aloe spay…

Any other new remedies

Got to let it heal and wear loose fitting clothes.
Aloe Vera with lidocaine works well for big areas of burnt skin.

A sibling of mine who went boating for a few hours came back burnt head to toe.
Applying or smearing aloe vera cream is not going to work in the beginning, your best bet is to probably buy a spray which contains aloe vera.
You're not going to want to touch your skin when it's burnt as it's going to kill.

After it starts healing you want to put on some moisturizer so your skin, so it grows back normally and it doesn't become super peely.

It's normal for your skin to peel, but if you put moisturizer on early enough it won't peel as bad.

Any advice?
Cold showers only in the beginning, What happens by any burn is it goes under your skin then comes out later on, so hot showers are real bad in my experience. Sleep without any cloths on the burnt area.

???? That will really hurt him
it's with every penny.
Only when one gets a sunburn do you realize wow if I only would have spent 10 $15 on some sunscreen.
The cost to treat a sunburn outweighs the little expense to buy a bottle of sunscreen.

you could and you should treat it along the way but the real remedy is just time.

you have to be Dan Lkaf Thchus that he ran out of it.

if you treat a burn in a wrong way it will get worse.

if you have dark skin, and have a burn, apply Olive Oil and DO NOT wash that area with water for 2-3 days or earlier if already healed

I guess the moral of the story is to get the right CC that will allow for free checked bag, so sufficient sunscreen can be brought along to locations where it might not be available for purchase or will be prohibitively expensive.

Other alternative might be to put it in a different bottle and say it's medicine.

As a backup plan, take along a long sleeved שווים-קלייד.  Might not help for face and ears, but will save arms.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!
