Aloe Vera
+1

But I basically haven't found anything that really helps. I just stick out the pain for a few days

Years ago, I was lifeguarding somewhere for my first time. Basically I forgot to bring sunscreen, was out in the sun for a few hours strait, I never got so burnt.

Lesson learnt ;)

Aloe Vera
Yup using a bunch of that. Doesn't seem to help much though.

Besides steroids this is the best advice I got from a friend ” Chicken soup. The Jewish remedy for everything. (Warning: if it contains Matzah balls it'll only work for those of Ashkenazik descent)" :))

Eta- and drinking water. Not sure if it helps but I'll drink a lot anyway...

I remember we used to have this spay that would take the pain away but I can't remember what it's called. It was a white can with blue writing and it really helped with the pain.

You can also try any of those creams that cool burns like "Icy Hot".
