Anyone else besides myself having major issues with sprint service lately?
My phone keeps dropping calls. I tried calling Sprint they did a reboot and it did not help.

From what I am hearing Verizon is not great these days either. Believe it or not alot of people are telling me that T mobile has very good service.

cheapest for family plan with almost everything unlimited.
besides, many people are still grandfathered into old cheap/free plans
but for a new single plan sprint isnt good anymore.

Customer care is horrible they don't have power to credit for a billing error even

Nope t-mobile is terrible I used to get dropped calls everywhere manhattan Brooklyn monsey Florida that was if i was even able to get service till I finally switched back to page plus

Different carriers are better in different areas.

Which customer care are you calling? I usually make around $10 whenever I call Sprint for random issues. Sometimes $20, $40, $80 etc.
