I too have terrible sprint service, of course I make sure to get credited. I just want to throw out there if u have a smart phone (ie s3) make sure the setting is set to cdma only! Not cdma/lte, I found this helped me a lot in bk since they are now upgrading that could be a cause for dropped calls. (besides for the saving battery)

3 weeks ago. Had a few billing issues. $40 credit on the next months bill plus they took off the charges for about $9 of international Data when I had asked them to turn off Data on that line so it wouldn't happen.

Which customer care are you calling? I usually make around $10 whenever I call Sprint for random issues. Sometimes $20, $40, $80 etc.
Well I am having major issues in Brooklyn (at least 5 dropped calls a day) and in Florida I barely have any service at all.
