Searching for award availability on One World / SkyTeam / Star Alliance

I'm looking to book an open-jaw award ticket to Europe for July/August (NYC-Brussels / Zurich-NYC) and I'm having trouble finding availability on the AA, United or Delta sites.

Can anyone recommend a better way to search for availability and book award travel with these alliances?

The proper way would to do look @ the possibilities, by searching on booking sites or:

www.staralliance.com

www.ba.com
or
www.oneworld.com

www.skyteam

and then give the respective airline (where your points are/will be a call).
