UR to UA transfer fail

I'm sure this have been discussed, however I can't find it. Moderator, kindly merge this topic with its appropriate thread. 

I've transferred 150k UR from the Ink Bold to a UA account (both accounts under same name) it didn't post in the UA account, and it has been withdrawn from the UR account.

I called UA, they referred me to Chase, I called Chase, all they wanted to do is, send an email to Chase Marketing Dep. (Marketing handling points transfers???).

I have a reservation for Sunday that I need to get ticketed, UA was nice enough to extend the hold till the 16th, however, it's with LH and they can cancel whenever they decide.

Anyone with past experience with this???

Had same experience in the past.
Its a problem on Chase's end.
Keep calling Chase and explain you need to book today.
If they refuse to solve it ask for supervisor, don't give up.
I got it solved by the end when a rep promised to call me back within 2 hours.

I had the same issue chase told me its takes 15 minutes i called UA the next day and they told u need to wait i asked for supervisor and he told he will call me back he called back within 15 minutes and he told he will deposit the miles in the UA account and when its will post the chase points he will deduct it from the account
after my research when this happens 98% its got stuck and never post i heard of several cases  i had one small amount (7k) a few weeks ago and its still didn't post (both names mismatched) and didnt have the time to call but now both names matched and its was an emergency so i called 
i think the problem is with the chase account cuz i transferred to the same UA from other chase and it worked my friend did 3 transfer from his chase account all 3 had problems

Its not 'bad' news, its just a technical bug that happens from time to time.

Been discussed before as Meshugener said it's a glitch with Chase usually doesn't post in its own. I did have one case 2 months ago where it took 3-4 days and it posted on its own without any calls
