a frequent traveler like him should know that you never invoke the word terrorist when talking to a FA. I am not at all saying that the response was warranted but thats just dumb.

Just wow!!!

The problem is (which works to our benefit sometimes) is that the airlines have 0 connection with the blogger world, and this wouldn't bother anyone inside the airline.

A lawsuit is completely the way to go on this one...

The captain has the right to throw out whoever he feels is not good for his plane. I once read a similar story. there also could be more to the story, he might of spoken to the stewardess in a condescending tone and she may have felt uncomfortable so she told the captain that she is not comfortable. he will not win a lawsuit

A lawsuit will have UA come forward to him to decently compensate him, in order to get this solved.
If a lawsuit is launched, it'll be covered in the media widely. They don't need the negative publicity in the media right now.

many times media poking around just asking for statements gets the pr divsion running. he would do good emails the media relations of united
