I think they charge a little but not free so that not everyone is gonna take advantage of the free shipping...

I got this in the mail. (0.97 cents was worth saving me a trip out to walmart)
It was repackaged. The boxed was taped shut with packing tape and had a tear in the corner. Any one else have this?
I don't want to shlep out to walmart to return it, bought it with freedom card through paypal. Should i dispute it? Contact walmart?

I had the exact same thing with mine... You explained my box to the word... I guess there is a reason it was down from $40 to $15.... My only queation is why it was ever $40 its barely worth $15......
