What other ways are there?

To fry? I’m not an expert, but you can air fry, deep fry, sauté, etc...

If OT students got an assignment to write an essay in English
As an OTnick I must ask, what's does this "assignment to write an essay" even mean? In English or otherwise?

Just had a conversation over brunch with my daughter whether English and OholeiTorahnish are mutually intelligible.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Can I just point out I never saw you as a person who has brunch.

Did you have a parve cream cheese bagel?

Nah, OT gave an A too.

So it was not an assignment for marks, but an extracurricular contest or something, and the teacher running it was an OT bochur Shliach. I don't recall if he saw it and didn't notice, or if my mother had corrected me before I handed it in.

As an OTnick I must ask, what's does this "assignment to write an essay" even mean? In English or otherwise?

Funny how the OT bochurim who came to teach and apparently didn't even understand the concept, quickly figured out how to use essays as punishments

No difference as long as a person can express themselves properly using one of them (or a different dialect)

Not exactly. It was breakfast for all, but it was held at around noon.

Today being טו סיון the אתחלתא דגאולה of יב תמוז one can't avoid being reminded of the Previous Rebbe's response to the interrogator that threatened him with a gun: "that can scare only someone that has one world and many gods".
