OP is far from having exhausted all avenues.  Try sm, call number on card (minimum 3 times), call executive office.  Keep trying.  Its worth the extra 75k

who would you talk to at the excecutive office? they refused to transfer me to anyone unless i had a first and last name

So after sending few frustrating emails to the excecutive office they finally returned my call. However, they claim since I don't have an RSVP number And can't prove that I was targeted ( which I can't either bedsides for the ccmatch site) they cannot do anything for me
