I don't have a definitive answer one way or the other, though I wouldn't risk it, and here's why: as Chaikel pointed out, there have been issues with getting the miles automatically in the past, where human intervention was required to manually credit the miles. That being the case, even if the computer wouldn't notice the coupon due to a glitch, there's a possibility that a human - in full troubleshooting mode, reviewing your six contracts - will spot it, and pasken that that's the reason for not getting the miles. And then you will be SOL.

Using the coupon I was able to find 3 day weekend rentals near my office in NJ for $52 including taxes!!! I was about to reserve for 6 weekends! It would have been amazing because I am running low on miles on my lease and would  have cost a total of $312 for a  car for 6 weekends plus miles worth over $700!!!  How can I find out if it will work with this coupon?

If I remember correctly your Lufthansa deal was for a two day rental no?
Isn't it more complicated to work it out now with 3 day?? Unless you give it back every Friday.(or im just not making sense.. You can keep for Shabbos for 12$ or so. But does that count in 3 days? .)
So how much you estimating per rental for this to be worth it? Cheapest is like 25$*3=75*6=450$ .. But that doesn't work in summer season.. I just payed 50$ a day! Still worthwhile?

1 - Yes. Put it on your Wizard account, then make sure to give your Wizard number when making the reservation.
2 - You have to add the FB number, but that's done separately - there's a "frequent flyer number" field where that goes.
3 - I wouldn't take a chance (unless you're not getting zikuy shabbat).
4 - Don't need the card.
