Thanks for the idea. I originally asked in the branch and called on the phone and they said that it is impossible to change closed contracts. Quote "that is why we say it is very important to check the contract before going to the counter" x 3. It must be on their teleprompter or whatever their script is called. I can try asking Avis Europe by email, is that a good idea?

It doesn't heard to try but in this specific promo it seems that its agreed across the board that even if you dotted all your I's and crossed all our T's you still needed siyatta dhimaya to get the full points. So in your case I really dont see much hope

Did they all post automatically? Did you write to Avis Europe? I wrote to them, they replied that they all were processed and if the base or bonus points still do not show up after 6-8 weeks, I should contact them again. I just sent them another email.
