I couldn't get through to Noach himself but none of his secretary's knew of any rate codes that can get you miles......

@MB correct me if I'm wrong ... Noach doesn't have anything to do with miles that depends on the awd used Noach gives you a better rate than you can get online

You are correct...
Noach car does not know anything about the miles just would get you a good rate on your car ...
You have to make sure he does it with the specifics you need to get the miles..
Which are (again):
1) your wizard # ... Which should by now include ...
2) your fb #
2) a American rate reservation code without zickoi Shabbos  (ie: hc, just tell him that even if you don't know what it means)

In all seriousness, though, expecting Noach to know whether you would earn miles or not is like expecting a waiter to know if your Sapphire Preferred will earn double points at their establishment or not.
