Chabad Car rental underage fee questions

I am looking to rent a car from enterprise(Salt Lake City airport) with the Chabad corporate code. Does anyone know for sure if they waive the underage fee? Do they ask any questions or require and proof of your affiliation with Chabad? I really do not want to show up at the rental car place and get any surprises.

Also, if anyone knows of any rental car companies that waive the underage fee with the Chabad code, please let me know. Thanks
