TM Lewin customer service is a horror to deal with. its like talking to a brick wall.
they had a sale, I bought the wrong size, they said return them and put the new size in the cart, call us and well adjust the price.
well, I bought the new shirts by mistake without calling-thinking they meant to adjust the price even after the purchase.
Nothing doing. they cant adjust the price and cant even return the second set of shirts and do this thing again bc Im wearing them already!
I called 3 times all with the exact same annoying proper apologizes.
Then I noticed they charged me shipping when its free shipping above 200$ order. So they said theyll refund the 10$ shipping fee. I said while youre at it just refund the rest of the sale price.
lol. not happening.
after 4 calls over several days I got one guy to allow me to return the second set of shirts and do the process again...hooray. well see if this even works
