Verizon Phone Exchange/Upgrade

Not really a deal. However if you are having "problems" with your Verizon Blackberry Tour call them up and ask for an exchange. All refurbed tours are out of stock due to firmware issues. So with luck you will get a new/refurbed Blackberry Bold. Time is of the essence......

you dont really have to have any problem just call them up and tell them something is wrong and they will exchange it they dont check to see if the claimed problem is really a problem
