I  heard guys had tefillin issues by the Aqaba crossing a few weeks ago.
Btw I had no problem leaving AMM with tefillin last month.

Is there anything to worry in regards to taking a taxi from the airport to Israel ? How much would a taxi cost me to yerushalayim for 3 people and multiple suitcases ?

Nothing to worry about in regards to safety, but it's a PITA and takes about 2 hours, unless you do the VIP service.

Eilat border was very smooth+ don't need a visa if you'r "only going to Aqaba"

Took me 45 minutes from AMM to border and 30 minutes from border to Jerusalem.
