I looked into it once, when I was arriving in JFK with LH/LX and no external provider has access to faster immigration, they maybe can help and babysit, but no vip treatment

From what I understand the airlines themselves aren't allowed to skip lines either, yet foreign carriers usually do w F pax... I might be wrong though
