I realized in January when I was on Jet Blue's website booking a ticket from JFK to LAX that all my points were gone! Apparently I hadn't taken any Jet Blue flights in the past 12 months so they all disappeared. Within less than 30 days of them being removed from my account I booked a flight on Jet Blue. I called customer service & they refused to reinstate my points, even though I booked a flight. I don't have their credit card... does anyone know if there's a way to reinstate Jet Blue points? Has anyone been successful with this?
