I bought it last week and I'm returning it. It’s a pretty shoe, but beware, it's a VERY NARROW shoe. If your foot isn't narrow, it ain't going to be comfortable.

what's their return policy?

Awesome. Instead of making an RMA myself as usual, I TOLD them via chat that I wore it for one Shabbosaand it doesn't look new. She said, no problem and made the RMA for me. This way the guy that checks the shoe can clearly see that they authorized me to return such a shoe.

Nobody beats Amazon!

This shoe was too narrow for me (I bought 2) so I wanted to return it (don't worry, another person in my family tried it on in the meantime). I got Amazon to give me another style for the same price that I paid then ($60).
Did I forget to say that I got free next-day shipping without begging, so I have it for Shabbos?
Hopefully the Boston style which seems wider will fit.

It's narrow for me too (never had that problem with ECCO), but I've been wearing it the last few days to try to stretch it, do you think I can still exchange it?

Return it. Doesn't pay to suffer. Follow my advice above.

Haha, the story doesn't end here. With Amazon unlike Chase, the dumber the rep on the phone, the better.
She first tried to match the price by offering $30 promotional credit, but such an amount needs supervisor approval and it didn't come fast enough, waited a little and then just changed the price of the shoes to the lower price.

Lo and behold, I wanted to buy something later and realized that I have $30 promo credit on my account. I guess, it went through. She was too dumb to cancel it.
Ecco shoes for 30 bucks.... Lol

Does anyone know if the Helsinki is wider than the Jersey? I don't like the Boston.

My favorite one is the Seattle one, very comfortable and a good width to it.

The Seattle is expensive. http://www.amazon.com/Ecco-Seattle-Slip--Black-11-11-5/dp/B001OC5EP4/ref=sr_1_1?s=shoes&ie=UTF8&qid=1363359706&sr=1-1&keywords=ecco+seattle

If the Boston doesn't fit, i can always get them to give me the Seattle...

Got it on dansdeals for $90 when it was on sale that time. I really want to try the windsor, but my wallet keeps refusing ;)

These are my current shabbos Eccos.
Extremely comfy, wider than the NJ, and good looking IMHO:

Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Heh.
In the end, I decided that I want to try out one size bigger.

A couple of HUCAs and I got Amazon to give me the size 44 for the same price. Might keep both, or not.
