Actually for that age group the IRR peaks at year 18. But it doesn't really matter, since this is a 100% guaranteed product, you know at any point what it will do going forward, so you just figure out if it makes sense to keep the money there, or to surrender and move to something else.
Now tell me where else can you get such guaranteed returns? There's a reason why the smart money is rushing into this.
