I use the Non-profit one at work (dont know whether it is the starter pack or something else).
I find it to be powerful, but not intuitive or user friendly, and practically a lot of the available power ends up not being utilized because of those factors.
Also, I think that because it is so extremely flexible, it can also be a disadvantage, because you have to go through an entire process of figuring out exactly what you want it to do and how it should work and configure it appropriately, and for large corporate environments that would be a big plus, but for a small non-profit I think it could end up being overly overwhelming, and create an unnecessary requirement in the process of configuring etc. I'd think that the CRM needs of small non-profits shouldn't be THAT complex, and would probably be relatively consistent to a large extent, and that there should probably be able to be more user-friendly, relatively standard products that could cater to their needs. The question is whether there is a GOOD product that fits that description . . .
