There was a thread where it discussed loading a GC and entering the wrong exp date. After you entered it, you can switch the date and then withdraw. Was that not with AP?

Before you send money to someone you need to add that card to your AP account, and in order to avoid them putting a $1 hold on the card you can first enter a wrong exp. date but no pin is needed for that

Amex gift cards only work as credit. Cash back is only for debit.

No PIN needed for AP.

Walmart Bluebird - 1k per day max to load at Walmart and 5k max per month.  Get multiple BB cards (for you, your wife, etc) and make daily trips to Walmart.  There is no cost to load at Walmart.

I don't think you can cash these out using Amazon Payments, but am not sure.
