What does that mean "cashed out 3 on VR in CVS"? How do you cash out visa gift cards with vanilla reloads?

Not with VR, on VR. I used my Visa cards to purchase VR in CVS. It adds $7.90 to each 5 cards that you do making the fees $41 and change.

I'm committed for my AP for the next couple of months, and I don't want to wait until August to cash out.

Between home, work, parents, in-laws I have a few + variations  of each I should be ok.

Each receipt/transaction has a unique easy rebate number on the bottom under the bar code. If I could use the same receipt, I would just buy it once and claim multiple rebates.

It will go through, however you will receive an email that the request is invalid. Add an apt. num to your address, and you should be fine.

I submitted 8 rebates to variations of 3 addresses (apt #). I used the same name and email address for all of them. I got 1 email saying "validation in progress" the other 7 say "Invalid Household limit exceeded".

Was I supposed to use different names, email addresses etc...? 
Was I supposed to wait in between each submission?

What do I do now? Are the invalid ones able to be resubmitted?

-Also, FYI, one of my rebates said invalid because household maximum was reached, I started a live chat and kindly asked that they change it and allow it to go through. Within seconds, rep responded that it was changed and I will receive it in the mail soon!

I got a 7 time courtesy and got the first 8 I put through with same name, email and phone number accepted.

Lesson learned, for the remaining 5 I will use unique names, emails and phone numbers and try and get new addresses. Its time to ask some neighbors to look out in their mail for my rebates.....

After buying 3 cards staples is asking for anther form of payment.
The cashier doesn't know what the issue is, and chase says everything is fine with my acc.
Tried different locations and having the same issue, anybody had this?
