tried several times. called ink. they didnt see a problem on their end, said they were willing to speak with staples and get info of what the transaction codes are so they can try to see why an issue.

Staples tried again. were able to process only with another cc. any idea why? any resolution?

i only made 3 purchases with ink but i bought 4 cards and it was fine

So I'm still chatting with CS to get "one" time courtesies to get my 13 rebates approved. I was chatting earlier and explained my problem, they take forever to answer so i headed over to DDF. About 30 minuets later i remembered that I was in middle of chatting, I headed back and saw that the CSR updated my rebate and already signed off the chat. In the past they always start saying nothing we can do..... blah blah and its a whole back and forth. This time I must give my admiration and respect to PattyS for validating my rebate right away and not signing off when she realized that I wasn't there.

Different APTs is very hit or miss
Probably a 50/50 Different address with the same name is like 85/15

and it takes a while to get them all back.
You have to keep a list for follow ups when you get yours.
I used to write my name in the "Company" Line but I started getting denied
so now I just send it to their names.

One mailed it to me due to lack of patience but most I got to chase down so I never do more than 3 or 4

unless its a great deal.
