You then go on to spend an hour on the phone with said rep while he orders more AU's for you than any normal person would ever order.

During said hour, you swap life stories, talk about your hopes, dreams, and aspirations, and the rep comments on how well you seem to be doing for someone so young.

But why would you talk to an amex rep for an hour just to get au cards? Why not just add them 5 at a time through the website option? That's gotta be quicker and easier
