When you observe a license plate with FCT in it, and that's an obvious acronym that means something to you, that will make remembering the license plate number easy.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Is that the typical format there? Or that was customized?

There's a much wider audience that can read and easily remember that CUSTOMIZED license plate number, than a random NY license plate that just happens to have FCT as the first 3 characters. Not many outside of DDF will immediately know what that stands for (and this is coming from someone who never experienced it, and doesn't expect to experience it in his lifetime).

FCT would mean something to more people outside DDF than on DDF, just saying.

I guess the Easter egg stayed too long in the incubator, so the duck got a little burnt. Or maybe itís due to the change of hashgocha on the ducks.
