If the status for the Easy Rebate says "Your reward has been sent" but you've never received the card or lost it before ever using it, then call 1-877-266-6483 to have Staples send out a replacement.


There are often coupons that lower the up front cost of paper that's on sale with a rebate. And other coupons, too.
Staples.com > on top menu bar - shop deals > coupons
BUT:

The coupon is now only able to work once per order! The $5 off is now being pro-rated between all the cases in the order, rather than the 4x it's put in!
To use the coupon 4x, you need to have each case checked out separately.  Which means that besides the bother at the register, you submit 4 different rebates - and you get 4 different rebate cards of $41 - instead of 1 rebate card worth $164.

There are some good sales on paper right now there is a deal of buy 2 get 1 free on many cases with the code 89378. Also if you search staples paper there is a case of 4000 that comes up for 21.99 a case which seems to be a price mistake because it only works for 2 cases if you add 3 to your cart the 3rd one is for 40 comes out cheaper than the buy 2 get 1 free (sorry for the no links I'm on a mobile)

Better sales available on that same paper.
On the staples site, on the upper right 'deals' dropdown menu > coupons.  The 5 pack multiuse paper (blue wrapper) is $5 after rebate. Coupon can be scanned 4 times until max rebate # is reached.
Also  this week the 5 pack copy paper (red wrapper ) is $4.  This coupon has to be put into the computer differently. and I didn't try to get more than 1.

Staples is ShopRunner's newest partner. It's almost useless for me because Staples ships everything to me for free and almost all shipments arrive the next day via ground shipping.

I'm not sure if the rebate offer is 15-19021 or 15-19022. Either way, the limit is 4 rebates per name/address/household. If you buy more than one, make sure they scan or enter the coupon for each one.
