In stores you could buy only $2000 a day in gift cards but online you could do more just not more then 2000 a transaction?

Not worth wasting on $14 or so. Staples explicitly reserves the right to limit this offer at their discretion, so I'm better off saving for an opportunity where I can get the most mileage for my buck.

The $2,000 limit is a federal constraint due to money laundering suspicions/regulations.

This comes to remind me of when I bought a couple thousand dollars in GCs at below face value on a staples promotion http://www.dansdeals.com/archives/58594 then I got a call from a Staples rep questioning me about my purchase. He gave me a detailed run-down of the numbers and what is permitted by law. I posted the details in the above ling comment #65.

I love staples. Not only do they honor their mistakes, they give bonuses too.
I got 2 orders of the 10 Logitech wireless mice (mouses?) and the 2nd order came with 11 instead of 10.

They were just thrown into a box, so my guess is, there were so many orders, the packer was just dumping them in and added an extra one by mistake.

After such a mistake I would say I love their ignorant employees rather than the company itself...
I'm not nuts over them at all, especially considering their high pricing. All they are basically good for is the 5X points on the Ink card.

Anyone have experience with staples banning their address? A few years back I placed a few orders with codes that they didn't allow (learned that later) basically using percent off coupons to buy visa gcs. Since then, they have cancelled every single one of my orders and any orders placed by my family members at the same address. Includingon store orders. Anyone have an idea what to do about that? (I've tries creating a new account, using diff cc and computer and cc but nothing doing. Any advice would be appreciated.
