Their 5 ream case (wrapped in red plastic) $5 after rebate, but print out their coupon and it's free! limit 2

Also photo paper is free:  In store only: Staples brand 60 pack 4 x 6  free after rebate! limit 2

Their case of paper is Buy 1 get 1 half off, but with their coupon you get another $25 off so it's 2 cases (10 reams each) for $54.  Also a good buy. limit 1 coupon

Yup! Didn't buy anything I didn't need, but certainly not the best prices in town for the ancillary items. Once I was heading there (for the free paper ), it didn't make sense to go elsewhere. But I see they charged me $18 for an item that was supposed to be $7. So it's back to Staples again...

As noted earlier in the thread , twice in the past month there was free cases of paper after coupon/after rebate, so all in all this week is a bad deal on paper . (for the full case. The half case is a great deal)

I went to staples and purchsed the free after rebate paper and also a $6 box of envelopes. I used the FAR coupon which worked fine and also the $5 off $5 coupon which scanned but didnt work (I assumed bc the envelopes where already on sale?). The cashier called over another and he mentioned something about an "ink error" and then put it in manually.
Bekitsur the total came to $0 and they said ok!
Any idea how this happened?

Call their customer care line, ask for some small compensation.  Last time one of my orders got f'ed up due to being OOS after I already ordered & paid, they gave me a $20 gc.

Tell them it was cancelled because it was OOS, and they should have marked it OOS right away, before your order went through... If they have it in stock, then they can match the ordered price.... I've been successful doing this in the past...
