Topic Wiki

To find items (like this one) that are eligible for Easy Rebates that may end up being worth buying just for the points use this link.

If the status for the Easy Rebate says "Your reward has been sent" but you've never received the card or lost it before ever using it, then call 1-877-266-6483 to have Staples send out a replacement.

There are often coupons that lower the up front cost of paper that's on sale with a rebate. And other coupons, too.
Staples.com > on top menu bar - shop deals > coupons
BUT:

The coupon is now only able to work once per order! The $5 off is now being pro-rated between all the cases in the order, rather than the 4x it's put in!
To use the coupon 4x, you need to have each case checked out separately.  Which means that besides the bother at the register, you submit 4 different rebates - and you get 4 different rebate cards of $41 - instead of 1 rebate card worth $164.

30 off 60 for restaurant supplies
80867
seems to work on bounty paper towels, but not on k cups

go figure

I just bought 64 rolls of Bounty paper towel for $36 (plus UR and staples rewards) with free shipping. :) http://www.staples.com/Bounty-Basic-Paper-Towel-Rolls-8-Giant-Rolls-Pack/product_486091

Now I know you all are going to say who needs 8 cases of paper towels but pesach wiped me out and this was a pretty good deal. I guess you could also try to purchase in store and get the 25% staples rewards as well (code: 79025)

Too late. I was in the store buying Mc gc and double dipping with the amex promo. It took two cashiers to figure out how to split the order to more than one cc

Said earlier but bears repeating:

I've been using Evolve money to liquidate the rebate Visa cards.  I feel liberated.  I have a huge pile that's been weighing on my mind.  I thought I would have to use them for everyday spending.  ::)

I input my gas bill account and paid it with a card.  I waited a few days and it showed up in my gas account.  Now I'm putting in card after card and paying $32. $25.99. $37. etc.

If I put in closer than 10 min they think it's a 'duplicate' payment.  So I come back to the site every little while and put in a new card.  To save all the inputting, I have a work document open with all my info and I copy and paste it into evolve's info page.  I even have the first 8 card digits on the document!  I just keep whittling away at my gas bill. (I heat with gas)
