I had 2 contradictory claims.

1. Since I paid only $199, I didn't know I have to declare it.
2. I have a receipt (or I can get a receipt) I only paid $400 which would lower the taxes somewhat.

I need a Verizon phone for a couple of days. My Mom's phone got stolen and I need something until I figure out how to replace it. I am located in Lakewood and can pick up anytime today

I would also be interested in buying/bartering a used iPhone4 for her....
